Yokosuka Friendship Day 2023 participants brave the weather and walk through Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Berth 12 where the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Mogami-class frigate JS Kumano (FFM 2) is moored October 15, 2023. Friendship Day is an open-base event where the CFAY community and City of Yokosuka join together to highlight the friendship between the local Japanese community and the U.S. Navy.
